Advancing Inclusion Through Education and Action

At MERGE, we believe inclusion isn’t a trend—it’s a commitment. Our mission is to empower communities, organizations, and individuals to create environments where people of all abilities can thrive. Through speaking engagements, hands-on trainings, and community workshops, MERGE equips leaders, program providers, and caring community members with the tools to foster environments where everyone truly belongs.

MERGE partners with:

  • Community organizations – recreation, sport, and civic groups working to make participation accessible for all.

  • Provider agencies – including self-advocates, families, and direct support professionals seeking practical, sustainable community inclusion strategies.

Whether you’re starting your inclusion journey or strengthening existing initiatives, MERGE offers guidance that meets you where you are.
